Between architecture and landscape, an eden garden with 6.900m² surrounds a residential development in Portugal. Featuring 43 different apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to five-bedroom rooftop villas surrounded by nature, the project designed by MASSLAB combines landscape, architecture and eco-conscious design, offering an active and sophisticated lifestyle seeking to balance quality of life and well-being.

Nomad Eden is a residential development located in Porto, at the heart of what is known as the “Golden Triangle” in Foz. The prime location of the plot combines stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean with proximity to the main city park – two key elements that shaped the project’s concept of tranquil and comfortable living.

The architecture features a contemporary design with horizontal lines mixed with façade cladding and optimises both the ocean views and outdoor spaces, creating an environment where the surrounding’s natural beauty flows into each home, in a fluid transition between interior and exterior, emphasized by its open layouts and selected finishes.

Certified under BREEAM and equipped with nearly 1.600 m² of solar panels, Nomad Eden project minimizes its environmental impact, especially since the waste resulting from the demolition of existing structures will be reused in the concrete composition of the 3 new buildings. The design, solar orientation, material selection, and energy-efficient solutions are aligned with an environmentally conscious approach incorporated into the project.

The project also includes a range of amenities such as a 24-hour doorman service, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna, shared gardens, a fitness center state-of-the-art, and a co-working space to be used by all residents. Technology also plays a central role, as each apartment is equipped with home automation systems, and the garage floors have private boxes and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Thanks to its proximity to urban parks, schools, universities, beaches, and restaurants, Nomad Eden project is designed to provide a refined lifestyle, that combines privacy, comfort, and a balance between quality of life and well-being. www.masslab.pt
