Style Group Acquired By dormakaba To Support Future Growth

Style Group has been acquired by dormakaba and will become part of the company’s Global Movable Walls business. The acquisition marks an important milestone for Style, strengthening its position for future growth while ensuring complete continuity for customers and partners.

For customers, it is very much business as usual. Style will continue to operate under its existing name, with the same experienced team, the same customer contacts and the same commitment to delivering industry-leading movable wall solutions, installation, service and aftercare throughout the UK.

The acquisition builds on a long-standing relationship between Style Group and Dorma Hüppe, bringing together Style’s expertise in specification, installation and customer support with Dorma Hüppe’s manufacturing excellence and the global strength of the dormakaba Group.

For more than 30 years, Style has worked with specifiers to deliver movable wall systems across the commercial, education, hospitality and public sectors. Recent projects include installations at ExCeL London, Belfast University and Overbury's new Manchester offices at Chancery Place, reflecting the company's involvement in a broad range of high-profile developments.
